Stripe handles recurring payments (and their complexities!) with ease. If and when there is a problem with an expired card or failed payment, Stripe sends an email notification and the customer is verified into our Stripe powered self-service portal without a call from the guest services team.

You control how much a customer can update. Keep it simple and allow credit card updates or allow them to cancel a recurring payment, see payment history, or update their contact information. Whatever it is, we make sure that information gets into your CRM.
